We took out a blocked drain cover with the Anglian water company it costs something like £5 a month, well last winter my outside drain became blocked so we phoned up and was told some one would contact us within the hour,so we expected a phone call, but No two young men rang the door bell 45mins later, "you got a blocked drain" one asked "round the back" I said, and so they set to work It took a while because it was blocked on the bend but they were friendly, efficient, and clean, Job well done,we were only too pleased to say what a speedy good job when we got a follow up call to see if the job had been satisfactory:) _________________
I sent an e mail to Anglian Water as we have problems with the water being infected. They came back promptly to tell me that they have checked the post code and we are fine. Ours comes from a different reservoir.
