Jackie, any Member can post pictures here. When you type a reply or start a new thread, under the space where your typing appears, if you look carefully, in the bottom left hand corner you will notice a tiny red "Attach File" written in red and underlined.
That is a link that takes you into your computer content, from there just click on "browse" and your own picture library should appear in a separate Window.
The optimum size for pics should be kept to 640x480, and only in Jpeg format.
