I know someone who is going to the NHS stop smoking classes, quits having a fag for a couple of hours, goes to class then goes home has a fag, and wears the patches. Shocked

No point really, Dee. Giving up, I mean, not at my age. I've been smoking ever since I was about eleven, I'm now sixty-two. Fifty One Years of Tar and Nicotine, and I couldn't care less.

They also reckon that smoking ages your skin, don't they? Well, my skin is still pretty good, I put it down to the fact that I use no make-up, and wash every day, (Summer and Winter) in plain cold water! Cool

I dont blame you Sandie, I am ex but husband still smokes rollups.. he keeps having a bash at stopping but like you he has smoked since school. He gets very tetchy when he stops, then gets through twice as many. There is many things worse for our health. I am not against smokers, I am still an addict and could start again quite easily.
