Every 15 secs. a dog or cat is killed for their fur!
The Humane Society International has brought an issue to my attention that desperatly needs support. Did you know that every 15 seconds, a defenceless dog or cat, (often somebodys much loved pet) is inhumanely clubbed to death, just for it's fur? If you didn't, well, you do now.
This barbaric trade is carried out in countries like China, The Phillippines, and Thailand. These countries governments seem unable (or unwilling) to stop the practice.
The fur is then used to make ornamental figureines of cats and dogs, and the flesh from the dogs is sold to countries like North Korea where it is eaten by humans.

were you also aware, that the british heart foundation are behind some of the experiments carried out on live animals at huntingdon life sciences? this is also true and i have the same picture as below on the 'adults only' board of trainmans tracks because of the gruesomeness of it. if you look below, you will see what i mean. i have deliberately blocked younger members from seeing it.

A lot of these so called ornaments can be found in garden centres mainly cats curled up and cute looking, I tell anyone looking to buy please don't they are made from real cat fur,most folks are unaware of this fact.

Quite right, Jo-jo, I actually got one of my local Market Traders stopped from selling these so-cute looking cats. I was most unhappy about him selling them, and I first had a word with him about doing so, and tried to convince him that by dealing in these items he was only encourgeing the practise of this barbaric and inhumane trade.He continued to sell them so I was left with no alternative but to bring it to the attention of the Market Manager. I don't enjoy "shopping" people over anything, but I just felt so strongly about this, and something had to be done.
