Ghurka Soldiers Under Threat.Gurkha soldiers under threat of deportation from the UK - it's a disgrace!
They are not allowed to work here to support themselves and have to rely on charity - nor are they entitled to NHS treatment. A petition to the PM has been started and it needs support! If you want to help - it is at http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/Gurkha-soldiers/ Only UK based Brits can sign. It might help if you sent an e-mail to your own MP apart from signing the above. |

Signed it, Maywalk. The Daily Mail also has a poll on this issue, and last evening it was standing at 94% For, only 6% against.
Of course they should be allowed to live here...with full benefits too! If the bl***y Muslims and others can get it, then I am sure the Gurkha's should be allowed to. Brave warriors who were willing to give up their lives for us. |

Signed up as well Maywalk, I think it's disgusting the way we are treating the Ghurkas, I served alongside them many years ago and I'd certainly want them on my side when the sh*t hits the fan ! |
