Thanks. Sandie, I think there are a lot of people worse off than us as well. I don't know how long that will last but at least we older ones have been through lean times before and we'll cope.
What is happening in Greece is frightening I can't see unrest like that spreading here in so violent a form. I hope I'm right.

yes i must say that when my children were small i REALY was hard up but do you know i think we were a lot more happy in those days

I agree we were hard up as well when the children were small, but we always had a good family Christmas, we managed to get the kids a main present,didn't buy for each other, but I remember much laughter
