I was just sitting here musing about the lack of activity since our beloved leader announced her annual pilgrimage to the frozen North and it suddenly struck me !!!
Maybe, just maybe, everyone else has gone off up North with Sandie and nobody told me !! Confused

At thie very moment, you are all probably eating,drinking and carousing the night away whilst you have a little chuckle over the fact I'm sitting here, looking for none-existent posts, and everyone else is in on the "joke" !

Only time will tell..................................... Confused

Don't panic, Ken! I haven't gone North, in fact I'd have to go about 200 miles South to meet Sandie!

Don't worry Ken, I'm sure you can cope without our beloved leader for a while.
I'm keeping busy today, tidying up my Flat, it's the pits at the moment.!
Later I have to do some work on behalf on a Charity, on my P.C.
Going to be very busy over the next Month, which includes going to
University to Study Egyptology, looking forward to that. Meeting up with Friends in London,
going to Classical Concerts, having the odd Beer, just having lot's of fun.!

Sorry for not posting boys but I am crippled up with Sciatica and sitting is almost impossible I am very cross with myself because we are going on a cruise next Thursday and might have to cancel, I will look in again hope Sandie is enjoying her hols, not sure if any of the other ladies are away.

Sorry to hear about your crippling pains Jo Jo, it would be a great shame if you have to cancel your cruise because of it, you sound like you could do with the break ! Smile

Manage to sit at the computer tonight Ken,been on for about half an hour and thats what I must do sit down that is,I can walk about no problem, it's just the thought of sitting in a plane for three hours Confused

Yep, Ken's got it right. I spent 12 days in Norham, and 2 days in Pickering (North Yorkshire). Spent yesterday (Thursday) riding on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. Visited Whitby (by steam train) and with a "Day Rover" ticket I really got my money's worth!

Great time was had, both at my friends' in Norham, and in Pickering. Drove home today (via Sutton Bank), and the A1 and M25. Car went well, and at over 1100 miles in two weeks it's well and truly "run in" now. Very Happy

Glad to see you made it back in one piece Boss, sounds like you had just the sort of break you needed !

It's been a bit quiet on here whilst you were away, just us blokes getting together to play poker every night and shoot the breeze !
