Lurker.Lurked for ages, trying to get a feel of the forum (I really don't mean that the way it looks on screen),loved every minute of it.

All I would like to say is, thank you everybody for the humour,interest,politics,whatever? You all deserve a pat on the back. Great forum.
To be honest I have always thought, as we got older we lost our sense of humour, not so here. I always know where to come if I am feeling down.

Glad you liked the look of us Pops  We do our level best to appear welcoming and friendly to "outsiders", it seems to work !
You can always raise your spirits by browsing around here, we have had some very funny topics rolling along, as well as the more deeper, serious stuff. We like to think there is something for everyone here !
As far as I'm aware, nobody has ever left here because we are too childish and don't take life serious enough

Thank you Pops for those few kind words. Glad you like what you've found on here so far. As Ken says, we do try to cater for almost all tastes, believe me when I say that it really isn't easy at times, trying to keep our Forum rolling along, it's also quite hard to attract New Members such as yourself.

I'll keep an eye out for Sean Connery look-a-likes for you Browneyes ! I didn't realise it was Gerri Halliwell in the first pic, I just thought it was someone who looked like her  I'm afraid that although she is good looking, she's a tad too young for me
i'm probably better off with someone like Jane Wymark !
