Most do not believe in birth of Jesus. The majority of Britons do not believe the Biblical story of the birth of Jesus, a survey has suggested.
Of 1,000 people questioned, 70% doubted the account, according to the British Marketing Research Bureau.
So, can anyone tell me just why we keep telling our kids lies about this?

Yes, it's certainly a lovely "story", JoJo, I have played in Nativity Plays myself when at school, but I can't help feeling that kiddies must be allowed to make up their own minds about any Religion, when they are old enough to do so.
It is like my own Belief, Wicca. I "found" the Wiccan Way myself when I was about Twenty four or Five.
I have also been accused of "converting" one of my friends, by that Friends' Mother of all people.
I told her that I had simply shown my Friend Wicca, because she had asked me to do so. Wiccans do not and never have tried to "convert" people, you "know" if it's the chosen Path for you or not.
Difficult subject, Religion, do you know, I sometimes feel that the World would be a better and a certainly more peaceful place if there were no Religion at all?
