Not so goodSorry I haven't been on for a while but I have had a chest infection
and have felt so retched could not be bothered with anything.
but feel better now,so now have so much to catch up on.

Oh Dora, I am sorry to hear that. I do hope you're feeling better now. Spring is on the way, and the warmer weather along with all the flowers and things should make us all feel better soon, and banish the Winter Blues at least for another year.

thanks everyone.I am doing better, just could co with a bit more energy.
So have started myself on multivitamins, see it the help.
And now the wether is milder it i a great help too
