OPENING UP A HORNET'S NEST

I heard on the Radio News this morning, that prescription charges are to be abolished in Wales. Well, that's great news for Wales, but for the rest of us, prescription charges are to rise and for those of us who have to pay for our prescriptions, they are going to cost us £6.85. It seems more than a coincidence to me that we are asked to pay 20p more per script whilst at the same time, it is announced that others are to get theirs free !
Is it just me being a tad paranoid over this ?
