RSPCA Recue

Another rescue by the rspca and other charitys 84 horses ,ponies, and donkeys found in an appalling state again,30 dead, one man has been arrested,surly more than one person knew about this situation? after all they aren't small animals !!!!! rspca got tip off from a member of the public,I am shocked again by mans cruelty to dumb animals.
