Well, spring finally sprung here in Cambridgeshire on Saturday !
The weather was easily the best we've had this year so far, it was bright and sunny from early morning and very mild out. I dried 2 loads of washing on the line, including heavy stuff like jeans and it dried in a couple of hours! There was a very light westerly breeze but it still felt warm and you could easily walk around in shirt sleeves outdoors, you had to wear trousers as well, so it wasn't as warm as summers day, but very nice all the same.
Today is supposed to be a carbon copy of yesterday so more washing will be wending it's merry way onto the line.....long may this mild spell continue, global warming is arriving at last !

Yes.Ken, it's been very pleasant here yesterday, mild and sunny, and almost Spring-like.
However, don't forget it is still February, so I doubt if Winters' done with us yet.
