TexolDundee's manufacturing sector has been hit by further job losses with the closure of the city's Texol factory.
In total, 41 people have been made redundant at the Wester Gourdie firm.
The business was a supplier to cash machine manufacturer NCR, which announced on Thursday that it was cutting 252 jobs.
Texol carried out electronics work and metal fabrication and was behind the midgeater - a device used to kill Scotland's infamous midgies.
The firm went into administration on 3 February, with the loss of 20 jobs.
The company continued trading as administrators tried to find a buyer for the business.
However, there was no success and the remaining staff have now been laid off.
