The ForumI find this forum very relaxing and easy going I am not afraid of anyone suddenly jumping down my throat (what a strange saying)..........Tempting fate? 
I love the fact that admin just simply adds a new topic whenever she thinks it is needed.

Its hateful when forums get spoilt with pedantic folk who cant hold their verbal abuse.

Thank you Maywalk, doesn't it make a difference when you feel relaxed. I find I check and double check just in case I have phrased things badly and upset someone, in which case I would be happy to apologise.
So when you come across a person who deliberately phrases things so as to cause a sense of unease it completely destroys your confidence.

Yes it does make a lot of difference Marieann but its also the others who answer your postings that makes it pleasant to call back again.
Once I sense pedantic behaviour I ignore the person completely BUT it spoils a forum.
I am NOT a very calm person as my family can vouch for but I dont go out of my way to upset folk by belittling them or deriding their postings.
I have seen it happen on two forums lately and it sickens me to think folk can be so bitchy.
I dont get involved not because I am frightened of anyone because I can give as good if not better than I get.
Its because I have had strict orders from my GP to avoid any stress because my BP is sky high.
That is one reason I like it here because folk are friendly and like a laugh.
