Twenty jobs at risk in N.I. Callcentre. Twenty jobs are at risk at a call centre in Londonderry after a company confirmed they were in talks with staff over redundancies.
Gem employs about 50 people at its Northland Road site and a further 900 in two offices in Belfast.
Philip Cassidy, chief executive of GEM, said they were reacting to a change in order levels and were "working with the staff to try and minimise the impact."
The Foyle MP Mark Durkan said it was another blow to the local economy.
