Two months rain in ONE Day!!!!!A severe weather warning was issued today for the whole of Britain ahead of predicted two months of rain in a few hours.
Downpours and thunderstorms are expected to lash southern England and Wales, threatening homes and bringing chaos to the roads as families head off at the start of the summer holidays.
As the Met Office issued a severe weather warning for the entire country, experts predicted that some places could see four inches of rain in six hours.
Even as I post this, it is absoluetly piddling down, and has been for the past hour. So it seems that the Forecasters have got it right this time!
(P.S. Anyone want to buy a brolly?)

Well, we've had glorious sunshine for most of the day. We were amazed at the news of flooding in Sutton Coldfield, near where we used to live!
