Have any of you had your flu jab yet? I have never had one but have been advised to this year what do you think good thing or not?

My honest opinion, Jo Jo? No, I don't think it's a good idea, as everyone I have known who have had "jabs" get ill afterwards.

I had my jab about 3 weeks ago. I've had it for several years now, and never had any ill-effects. Haven't had 'flu either, so it works for me!
