I went to the doctor today as I had a bit of an accident about a month ago when the step stool collapsed on me while I was decorating and I put my left arm down to support me and it hasn't stopped being painful.  He told me I had torn a muscle!  The one that works the shoulder and down to my elbow  (charming).  Have to do my own physio on it by moveing it clockwise for 10mins at a time??!!  Very painful!!!!  I also have to massage it and can put a heat pad on it.  So we will see how it goes.  Also having some blood tests done to see if they can find out why I can't take weight off easily  It's a bit of an effort on the slimming world diet which I know works for me). Also had to cancel a mammagram appointment which I have re-booked.  If I have any more done I would have had a full service!!!   (in a manner of speaking) LOL

The poor old human body can suffer some very painful happenings,Jan. Torn Muscles, Trapped Nerves, and even cramp.

I tend to get a lot of cramp in my legs, particularly in cold weather.

I haven't set foot outside my front door now for two days.  Very unusual for me, as mostly I like to walk every day.  But this weather, isn't very conducive to going for walks, somehow.

Rolling Eyes
I managed a walk over to Morrisons which is only a 5 minute walk, but decided against going any further because the paths were slippery, especially where people had walked previously on them.  I have a nice new knee (10months old), and want to keep it that way, so falling over is something that I hope not to be doing.  I went back home in the warm.
