I thought it was about time to introduce myself. My name is Chris, I'm originally from Brum, but have lived in Moray, Scotland, since 1988.
I came across this site whilst on the Diecastcollector site. As an aging Gentleman(!!) of 57 going on 14, I thought I'd take a look. I collect diecast emergency vehicles, mostly police. I also run a 1995 Ford Crown Victoria as my daily driver. The car originally belonged to Collin County Sheriff's Office in Texas, and is now back in it's original livery.
My other main interest (Sorry Admin!) is cats. My wife and I foster cats for the local Cat's Protection Branch, and much of our time is taken up with homing cats, trapping feral cats and frequent visits to the Vet! We have 7 cats of our own, ranging in age from 8 to 16. My son, Derek, lives next door and has 1 cat. We also have a feral cat which we feed and shelter.
For the last week or so, we've had a new 'pet' - a young Red Deer hind has taken a liking to our grass! _________________

Hello Trisha and welcome to this forum. How did you hear of Silver Surfers myfreeforum? I'm really glad that you did, however! I heard of it, because Sandie (Admin) lives just 10 miles away from me and she used to be very friendly with my youngest daughter. I live in Grays in Essex, by the way.
