Sean and Violet have "gone public" over their having a baby together, and David Platt was brought home by a policecar, he had accused his Mum, Gail, of hitting him and throwing him out of the house, instead of telling the truth that he was attacked by other youngsters. It was bad enough that the little girl had got hold of an E tab, Marie, but for David to hold out from telling the doctor what she had taken was really bad, putting the little girl's life in extreme danger.
Has David realised the error of his ways?
Has Haley told her son the truth?
Has Sean copped off with his new boyfriend?
Will Violet and Jamie get back together?
Will Claire and Ashley get back together?
Will Roy ever change his cardigan?

Well it seems that little Bethany is out of danger, going out of her mind on an Ecstasy tab is not really helpful to a seven-year old girl's mental developement, really, is it.
Gail, once more gives David his "marching orders", and Vernon has booked the Registry Office for his and Liz's wedding for New Years Eve!
Roy and Haley are suffereing the biggist rift in their relationship since he followed her to Amsterdam after she told him she was a Transperson.

Could this be the end of Roy and Haley's relationship? Roy hinted this evening that unless Haley tells her son the truth, it's over for them.
So David has been taken under Grandma Audrey's wing, after his Mum threw him out of the house. Pity Audrey, I somehow think that she's going to have to have eyes in the back of her head where David's concerned! Rather her than me.
Whilst your're about it, Audrey, give the lad something more interesting to do than making tea and sweeping up hair from those almost non-excistant customers!
Snobby Sally was hoping for an evening out with her Tutor next Monday, until he invited Fizz and Kelvin to come along to the theatre as well.
Still, you never know, they may just enjoy it. The Bard arrives in Corrie, looks around, shakes his head and mutters to himself: "Alas poor Yorick!"

Yes, I've noticed this as well Sandie, when Becky first came on the scene, she was a really dodgy character and didn't even look that well turned out 1 But now, wow!!! she is actually turning out to be quite a likeable character and has even developed a half decent sense of humour as well as her other more endearing traits
Poor old Roy, he really "lost it" tonight in Freshco's Supermarket. Taking eggs out of their containers and putting them into the trolly, loose! Mind you, I have to agree with his views on the packaging problem.
I have heard of brave souls removing the goods from all their excesive wrappings, then leaving the wrappings in the trolley for the supermarket staff to dispose of!
I have to admit, that two thirds of my rubbish consists of old packaging and plastic bottles. (I recycle all my glass and tin cans.)
Tyrone was caught at Jack's personal tin, and that little scroat of a grandson laid the blame for the missing cash on Tyrone. Jack has believed him, after all, blood is always thicker than water, and Ty isn't related to the Duckworths.
They're bound to put family before anyone else, aren't they.

Well, we've certainly had our fill of Soap Weddings this week, haven't we?
Sarah and Jason tied the nuptial knot this week, and went away to the Lake District for what must have been the shortest Honeymoon ever! Jason feels sorry for David, Sarah's brother who, in a last ditch attempt to ruin the wedding, left a chilling answerfone message, a suicide note, (that Sarah found and destroyed), and then, with his sound system at full volume revved the poor little Fiestas engine almost to bursting point, and performed a Valkariesque dive, straight into the canel, the very same canel that he and his family almost drowned in at the hands of his Mothers' lunatic husband, Richard Hillman, years earlier.
Great stuff, but, did you notice? David had left the drivers' window open! The car would have sank quicker, but made it a lot easier for David to swim free. Which he did! Turned up wet and bedraggled at the front door, and calmly walked into the house.
Bit unbeleavable, that bit, surely wouldn't the Soap Police have wanted a word with him? Driving without a licence, insurance, and probably no M.O.T. either, not too mention whilst underage. I just knew that car was going to spell trouble! _________________ http://sewardchronicles.ning.com/
When I first started this Board I fully intended to keep it up to date on a regular basis. That hasn't happened, as I've been too busy with other online projects. However, I can't let the demise of one of Corrie's most loved characters go by without saying something.
Vera Duckworth (Elizabeth Dawn) died peacefully in her sleep last evening. She and husband Jack (William Tarmey) had been for a day out to Blackpool measuring up their proposed new Bungalow. They arrived back in Wetherfield dead tired from their trip. Vera complained about how her feet were hurting her, Jack offered to take her shoes off because she couldn't bend. She sat on the settee, Jack made her comfortable, and popped out for a little while. When he arrived back, he saw Vera apparently asleep on the settee where he'd left her.
Then, after trying to wake her and getting no response, he looks closer and realises that she is dead.
Both these actors, deserve an award for the skill and realism that they then portrayed. It was a very sad, and moving thing to watch, and, although I knew that Vera was going to die in that episode, it still came over as a sad ending to a wonderful screen partnership.

My Husband is a corrie fan,but I did watch the end of the last episode,I like Jack and Vera they have brought lost of laughter into the show as well as some real good drama
